Alex "Bull" Lauffenburger spent his childhood years exploring the Allegheny National Forest in Northwestern Pennsylvania. He then attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where he studied biology with a focus in wildlife. His coursework included classes, such as entomology, ornithology, herpetology, ichthyology, and ecology. Eventually, he would go on to build a business from his lifelong passion for wildlife. Today, he leads an expert team of friendly people, dedicated to protecting homeowners' investments through problem solving, continuous training, quality workmanship, and a "never quit" attitude. For thorough solutions to complex problems, Alex is the guy you want to call!

Meet Kayla! Coming to us from Missouri, Kayla has a biology background too! With a BS in Wildlife Biology, her knowledge of animals and their behaviors is top notch. She has been a part of our team for over 5 years now, providing a level of expertise and customer service that's rarely seen in this industry. She doesn't shy away from hard work either, so you'll find her on all kinds of projects. You can catch her on ladders, on roofs, in attics, and in crawlspaces. She prides herself on getting the job done right, the first time. Our customers love her and you will too!

Albert is a dedicated wildlife-removal technician who has built a fast reputation for going above and beyond to accommodate customers' needs. With a little over a year and a half of field experience, he's already handled everything from attic infestations to complex exclusion work across South Florida. His background as a former police officer gives him a calm, methodical approach in stressful situations and a natural instinct for problem-solving inside a home. Grace grew up on the Gulf Coast of Alabama, where her fascination with wildlife started early—(famously bringing armadillos into the house when she was just four years old!) That curiosity continued to grow throughout her upbringing, eventually blossoming into a career in wildlife control. Now, Grace specializes in exclusion work designed to permanently keep animals out and keep homes protected. She is well known for her attention to detail and strong understanding of animal behavior. This allows her to spot subtle signs of activity and identify entry points others often miss. She approaches every job with care, determination, and a commitment to doing things correctly, so they only need to be done once. Reliable service with a smile, that's Grace!
